Fnb paypal withdraw still pending after 8 business days

Disgusted service with FNB. Did 2 paypal withdraws on 21st February 2023. Both amounts only show as pending. I have emailed and email states they will get back to me within 24 hours. That was 2 days ago and no reply. I have called the FNB Paypal number was told they can see it as pending and they cannot give me any date or time. This is supposed to be a 3 day transaction as I have never had a problem. Today is the 3rd March, rent fees debit orders have to be paid and nothing can be done as I cannot get my money from FNB. Iam infuriated as I need my money and NO one can help from FNB. The email department don't reply. Called and waisted airtime after waiting hours on a call and get told they have no idea when it will go through. I have msged on fb and get told they have no idea about a problem. I go into the branch and they can't help me. FNB your customer care lacks support for your customers. This is ridiculous as you are doing this to your customers. You are a bank. I want my money. Today is Friday and another weekend waisted as nothing happens on weekend. I want my withdrawal paid into my account.
