FNB PayPal withdral problem

I have been trying to withdraw from the PayPal account through FNB. But I keep getting an error with Hard Hold on Account. I've sent an email but no response. Your service is awful to say the least!!!!!! I have sent another message today. Hopefully this post will get someone's attention. I wish I didn't have to rate FNB at all.
