FNB Paypal utter farce

I have never in my life experienced such frustration as attempting to open a Paypal FNB bank account. Both my wife and I have tried, and get stuck where legitimate documents are rejected, and it is not possible to speak to anyone. Sending emails just gets an automatic response, and the phone number does not work. It's clear FNB actually have absolutely no interest in making Paypal payments possible.
