FNB PayPal system is nonexistent

I spent about two hours at FNB today trying to get assistance with my PayPal account! On PayPal, my profile is updated but on FNB it isn’t and there’s been an ongoing issue according to one of the people that work at PayPal with FNB customers. The FNB app will ask you to update permissions, once you do that it’ll prompt you back to the same page asking you to update permissions again. It’s an ONGOING CYCLE and we can’t access our funds! The issue is with the FNB system
