FNB Paypal struggles

So annoyed! I did some transcription work for an American company and recently wanted to withdraw the money from my Paypal account. Since FNB is the only who does this I had to go through them to get it into my bank account. First, after struggling to go through the process of making my online banking profile, I sent them an email but only got a response a week later. Then, had some other issues, called them and they helped. Now, finally after this long and painful process, I want to withdraw the money, then I get an error that says there is a hard hold on my account! I am really frustrated, I need this money and after searching about this error it seems you will never get your money.
