FNB PayPal stole 40k from me

For the last 4 months I have been struggling to get my PayPal refund paid back to me by FNB. The first issue was that they could not locate the funds - even though I had supp**** them with the Transaction ID numerous times, so pure laziness. Eventually someone from FNB PayPal miraculously located my funds of nearly R40000 in a suspense account. I was asked to give bank account details so that they could pay it in around 6 weeks ago. I gave my TymeBank account details along with verification (the only SA bank account I have at the moment as I am stuck in Ireland). FNB claimed that they couldn’t pay the funds in as there was a Fica issue with TymeBank. I phoned Tyme Bank from Ireland to query this and they firmly told me there are absolutely no FICA problems with my account - which is confirmed by the fact that FNB earlier made a deposit into this very same account without issue! I have spent hundreds of Euros calling FNB about this, to no avail. I still haven’t received my money and it is now 4 months. I have never received an apology for their slack and unfair treatment of me in this matter. I get zero updates from them and in all honesty nothing is being done to rectify this very poor treatment of me. Basically they are ignoring me. I really need this money and the stress that FNB is causing me is huge. This is a simple issue to sort out. It just shows how awful FNB is and how they have no respect or compassion.
