FNB PayPal services hard hold on account.

For the past few days I have been trying to transfer money to FNB from PayPal. I have no money in my account as I cannot transfer from my PayPal. I have bought airtime numerous times with our last money and even gone into the bank and received poor service from agents. I was not given as reason for this problem and been dealt with impatiently. I am very disappointed with this bank.

I would like to know what I am required to do to access my funds. I still have not been given an answer.
