FNB Paypal services

I am having a problem withdrawing my funds from Paypal. For the last few months it has been an easy process but all of a sudden I'm getting an E-104129 error. I have been trying to contact their helpline but nobody answers. I then phoned the general complaints line at FNB and the first lady put me straight back onto the helpline that I had been trying to reach! Obviously there was no joy there. The second lady I spoke to eventually gave me the Paypal services manager's number and, guess what? It's always engaged! I am fed up with FNB's Paypal service. Why do we have to resort to losing our tempers and stamping our feet in order to get the service we pay for?
