FNB PayPal Services Are Horrible
If I could give them minus 10 stars, I would.
I have been struggling for almost 2 weeks to access money from my PayPal account. They implemented a PayPal system that they don't know how to manage. When I call, no one can help me. They are unable to tell me when I will have my money. It is month end. It is so frustrating to have money in a bank but you can't access it because of their incompetence. I have been calling in everyday but no one can help me. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a bank.

It the 3rd of March today. I still do not have my money.
I have not paid my car's insurance. If anything happens to my car in this crime-infested country, let the record show that I am going to sue FNB. I have not paid my medical aid. If anything happens to me and I need medical care and have to go to a government hospital, let the record show that I am going to sue FNB. I have not paid my son's school fees. Every debit order I have has bounced and I am being charged for that.
It is Friday today. What do you expect me to eat this weekend if you don't process my money?
I DO NOT WANT ANYONE to CALL ME and explain anything to me. I WANT SOMEONE TO LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT AND PROCESS MY TRANSACTION SO I CAN RECIEVE MY MONEY TODAY.
