FNB PayPal Services

I only use FNB online banking for PayPal services as it is the only option to withdraw from PayPal in South Africa. Using FNB online banking has been a nightmare, recently I went to do f2f verification at my nearest FNB branch and after the verification I am unable to log in using my credentials, my username is now invalid. I don't know why. I wish there was an alternative to withdraw from PayPal other than FNB PayPal services.
