FNB PayPal Service. Times are tough for a lot of people and everything is slow for most businesses. But holding on to money that does not belong to you in the name of Technical Problems is pure hogwash. I still don't have funds I withdrew from PayPal. Everything was been going smoothly up until you have started just telling lies and more lies just to hold on to money that you do not deserve. Multiple calls and promised call backs, my withdrawal is still pending because of Technical Issue that according to your agent IT has been trying to resolve the problem for a week. Really FNB??
