FNB PAypal service issue

I am trying to access my PayPal account to withdraw my funds and I get the e-96 error. Oddly enough, I was able to access this account last week, so what has happened in between? I am a Freelancer and receive my payment from my clients through Paypal. Now I can't even access my pay or pay any of my debts due to this error! I need this resolved immediately.
