FNB Paypal Service

I have successfully linked my paypal to my FNB account, the only bank that is PayPal compatible (as they advertise). The process was far from intuitive and required many many attempts before I had the option of withdrawing my own money! Now I see I get the alert " Hard Hold on account" when I try to withdraw my funds! This is very frustrating since absolutely no process was outlined as to how I can solve the issue, the PayPal call line rings for more than 30 minutes with no answer. This is by far the worst banking experience I have ever had!
