FNB Paypal server error

FNB Paypal server has been having an error since Sunday. No turn around time to fix the problem; no answers to alternative options; the paypal enquiry email box reflects "box full". Why is this error not a priority to FNB. Surely the technical team can sort out a "server error". Most unprofessional service.
