FNB PayPal registration errors. Unable to complete registration.

Trying to register for your PayPal service as a non FNB account holder and your online form is broken. I've tried 3 different browsers and getting errors on each, first an address issue, then an invalid sic code. When you try to edit the form another error is given preventing you from being able to edit the form. Started again, changed the format of the SIC code and still the same error on all 3 browsers. I called your helpline and all the lady said was to use a different browser, which I did and no change. She said I can go into a branch but must take my own laptop to do so, what does that help as the errors will be the same?
