FNB PAYPAL REALLY SUCKS AND USESLESS

FNB SUCKS. The service is very very poor. I have received money from PayPal in September 15 and FNB is the only bank that can help to withdraw from PayPal and transfer into my SA Bank. I've been communiating with FNB via email becaud their PayPal customer servic phonenumbr is machine voice. They sent me SMS that they have VERIFIED my profile so many times but when I LOGIN their website it rejects me telling me that I need to be VERIFIED for 2 months now. I've sent kc documents 15ttimes at the end of the day they still did not VERIFIED my profile and I CANNOT withdraw the money. Different agent will respond to you asking you for documents and you'll send then you get another and they can't help you until you send documents. I'm do tired but I have sent again and I really need the money on that PayPal account.
