FNB PayPal process is absolute trash

The most painstaking process to link your PayPal to an FNB profile. Especially if you don't have an account with FNB and you don't want one. I had to go through this long and hard process. Not to mention having to tell people working at the branch several times that I don't have an account and I don't want one.

Why isn't there a comprehensive step by step process on their website that details exactly what you need to do to link your PayPal with them. Why not train staff members to deal with this kind of process.

Now when I think I can finally withdraw my funds, "hard hold on account". What does that even mean? Am I supposed to go to the branch? The very same branch where only ONE person knew how to actually help me.
