FNB paypal problems
I just want to share my experience. I have withdrawn from my paypal account through FNB countless of times and there have been no problems. But since FNB got their new 'interface' or thats what the consultant over the phone tells me, it has been an absolute nightmare! I have 3 transactions still pending since the 23rd february 2023 and its March. I am extremely frustrated as its my income, i have things to pay and food to put on the table. And everytime i have phoned (which has been 5 or 6 times already), i get told they have escalated the matter and there's no turn around time. I understand that glitches happen but i see this as unacceptable since there's no turn around time to get this resolved.

02 Mar 2023, 13:55Why hasn't FNB come back to me with regards to my complaint? No one at the FNB Paypal division can assist me. Apparently they are waiting on their Finance department! The lack of communication and customer relation skills are absolutely **********.
