FNB Paypal Problems
I've been trying to link my paypal account to an FNB account for the past month with no success.
They've asked me four times for my FICA documents and I have obliged.
Now that the FICA documents have been uploaded, I'm facing an error: (E-100)mammoth.otp.Prepare OTP Navigation.
After being passed from one person to the next on the call centre over the space of half an hour, I was asked to submit my FICA documents again.
Very frustrating!
