FNB PayPal Online Banking South Africa Error Code
Good day, I tried to register for the Paypal service on the FNB website but no luck, I get an error code (E-694) 01id Exists,check Existing Prof. I am or was never a client of FNB before, I visited the branch today but with no success still this is not solved, they told me it is an error on PayPal side, but I think it is FNB website as I don't have an existing online banking with FNB? Could you please help me as I am frustrated and worried as I will be soon receiving funds as I started an online part time business/job, it is urgent and feels like I am getting nowhere.

I just need to say that I still have not been able to connect my PayPal account to FNB online. I managed to create an online account but there doesn’t seem to be anywhere on the online banking dashboard that allows me to connect to PayPal. Your client consultant, Zanele Mahlaba, has been in contact with during the online registration but has now stopped communicating with me when I asked about where to actually register my PayPal account online.
Please, I need this done immediately! I will be needing to use that PaPal account next week and I’m not wanting money trapped in there because FNB has failed to assist me.
I just need to say that I still have not been able to connect my PayPal account to FNB online.
