FNB PayPal Online Banking Profile Remains Unresolved Since March 2026

Extremely disappointed with FNB

I have been trying since March 2026 to register for the FNB Online Banking profile required to use their PayPal service. I keep getting an E-96 error when trying to complete the process.

I have contacted FNB numerous times, provided screenshots and explained the issue, but my service requests keep being closed without the problem being resolved. I have also been passed between departments, with no one taking ownership of the actual Online Banking issue.

Months later, I still cannot access the PayPal service I was trying to set up.

FNB, please stop closing my service requests and actually resolve the issue.
