FNB Paypal - not giving me my money.

I made a withdrawal from my paypal account last week Friday 22 May. I still have not received it. I am trying to get answers but the consultants make all kinds of excuses, even to say there was a public holiday in USA on Monday - 25 May - we NEVER have delays because of USA public holidays. I know, because I have other accounts which DO have delays because of USA holidays. So, FNB **** to me on the phone - and many other people. Where is my money? I want my money today! I have phoned in multiple times every day since Tuesday this week - and they have all said 'your withdrawal will happen today'. - then I phoned in this morning and they said 'your withdrawal may happen today or tomorrow, we don't know - there's a technical problem'. How can there be a technical problem? FNB just has to verify the transaction and release the money. PayPal has already fulfilled their side of the transaction and released the money to FNB.
