FNB PayPal no response

No response from the PayPal department for the past month. Emailed numerous times, even sent a complaint. I need to update my email address, as I have lost access to the old email address. There is no functionality to do this online with an update. The Paypal account and bank account is all still same. What's the point in owning the rights to PayPal if you can't assist the process. Now i know what banking with FNB would be like.
