FNB PAYPAL NIGHTMARE LOOP

Paypal FNB withdrawal loop nightmare.

FNB Withdrawal service not working I have been attempting to withdraw USD to my FNB account from Paypal on numerous occasions. I keep getting the same error on Papal. I have logged into Paypal and directed to Wallet and transfer funds to FNB, then logged into FNB, got a quote for the amount and have then been redirected to paypal's site ( https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_express-checkout&token=EC-9K392277D**********U&useraction=commit )

I keep getting the same error.

I have filled in my bank account card details, EVEN THOUGH IT IS LINKED WITH FNB AS PER PAYPAL'S OWN SITE.

I have been to the FNB branch in Cradlestone where thwy said the Papal money is not on mt account. We called Paypal from the branch. After holding for (not joking) 10 minutes, I was told I can only access Paypal from a laptop.

Yesterday and today I accessed a laptop. I logged into Paypal wallet and started the transfer the money to FNB procedure. I was redirecred to FNB logged on and accepted the quote. Both times I got the following error:

I the added my Credit card details on this page. This is the same card that IS ALREADY LISTED as my details on Paypal?? No joy. Then I called their number AGAIN. I was on the telephone and "please hold for the next available consultant" situation for 10 minutes at a time. What a waste of my time and money!
