FNB & PayPal monopoly
My fellow PayPal users, I hope you have all your ducks in a row and never have to get help from FNB ... I have been pushed from pillar to post for the last 2 days, sent several emails (without responses, mind you) only to find out today, by chance, that my online profile for a non-FNB customer needs FICA documents sent in. I have a few PayPal transactions waiting to be processed, and nobody seems to give a s#$t cos they have the freaking monopoly!

07 Sept 2026, 11:13Well, unfortunately, after following all the instructions and requirements from several departments, I found out today that my profile is '*******ed' and needs to be deleted and re-registered!!! What happened? Why wasn't I told this last week? I have transactions to process I've been on hold for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to help me ...
