FNB PayPal money transfer

FNB please attend to me signing up for online banking I don't have an FNB account but was directed by FNB Branch to do ONLINE BANKING then link my PayPal account to the FNB online account to get my PayPal dollars transferred out my PayPal account through FNB I've tried hundreds of times but when I hit the submit button it's sends me E1 errors and after numerous attempts I was then sent to FNB Branch only for them to say FNB is ******* when it comes to Paypal tranfers and DOES NOT WORK really if I don't have a FNB account?!!...I sent PayPal the same messages and their response was it's FNB online registration of accounts that's the problem?!...I do have a FNB loan account that's in arrears so are you wena FNB prejudicing towards me?
