FNB PAYPAL ISSUES

I have been using FNB to transfer my funds from PayPal into my bank account without a problem for some time now and then out of no where I get this error E-8190 Eded00000. I have been trying to transfer the entire day and nothing. What makes this more frustrating is that FNB did not bother to actually give it's customers the reason or explanation of their errors. What I am simply asking for is that just give us some error guide so we can help ourselves before complaining here. Why is there no pdf or some document or info on your errors so I can sort this problem myself. I have to go to these forums where most folk don't know what to do and you barely assist. Can I please get some assistance because I need to move forward. Lastly would please train your branches on how to assist with this PayPal service cause I have been to 5 branches and they are clueless on how to help.
