FNB - Paypal is a waste of time

FNB Paypal is complete and utter joke. I have spent the good part of 3/4 weeks trying to link my bank account to the FNB PayPal service. The website is poorly designed. Half the time it does not work and the process to actually accomplish anything is convoluted and confusing with no real indication on what is actually needed.

After struggling for ages to get FICA completed/Paypal linked and then another week to just get my bank account verified, I now get a HARD HOLD On Account error when attempting to withdraw funds. No one can tell me what is needed or what is wrong.

This service which is painted as a simple 1,2,3 process is one of the most frustrating banking experiences I have ever had... and I use to bank with ABSA.
