FNB Paypal in SHAMBLES!

I recently registered for FNB Online Profile and i subsequently sent FICA documents on the 25th of May 2021 to *** email address, and on the 31st of May 2021 the my fica documents where sent to *** for further assistance, and to my surprise on the 4th of June 2021, i received an email from *** telling me to send them the very same FICA documents i already sent on the 25th of May 2021 again, It is really tiring this back and forth and mind you i need the money that is in my Paypal account as of now for my livelihood.

A process that was supposed to take at least 3 days is now taking two weeks. Shame on you FNB, I wish Paypal could involve other South Africans banks and take away this service from you for GOOD.

No wonder FNB is rated the worst bank in South Africa according to the complaints received from users of different banking institutions, I now understand why.
