FNB PayPal hard hold on account

I have been trying to withdraw money from my PayPal account via FNB. No one is getting back to me, I went to the branch, they told me they can't do anything. PayPal said that everything is showing fine from their side and the problem lies with the bank. I urgently need this money and it is so frustrating that no one is able to assist. People work very hard for their money! It seems I am not the only one with this problem. Please can somebody just help me to sort this out
