FNB PayPal hard hold

For a week now I have been unable to withdraw funds from Paypal. My family rely on this money for our daily expenses. I keep getting the error that there is a hard hold on my account. I tried calling the department and was on hold for 30 minutes before the agent told me that I need to call back. I emailed too with no response, this is unacceptable! Seriously thinking about moving all my account to another bank.
