FNB PayPal hard hold

Without any prior notice FNB PayPal have decided to put a hard hold on all their PayPal clients subject to completing a tax declaration form. After holding for half an hour and then a consultant transferring me as I cannot make 087 phone calls, I was promised a form would be sent to me. Despite the fact that I have told her it is urgent as we literally will have no food this week if I can't access my money, I have still not received a form. It's near the end of the business day so I am guessing nobody is concerned about dealing with my urgent issue. If I cannot receive PayPal payments any longer, then I will definitely not be needing an FNB account ever again. Thank you, FNB, for making the worst financial month of my life, even worse.
