FNB paypal funds gone

The app from FNB is not save to use. Withdraw a payment of $480.20 from Paypal on the 31st Auguat 2025. The money is gone. FNB withdraw it but they did not pay it into my account. Try and ssoet it out by email to no avail. Do not use the app.
