FNB Paypal

I have been trying to link my paypal to my discovery bank and FNB has been useless in this regard. There is an option to link account FNB Paypal service with a different bank and yet I have been waiting as I am supposed to get a verification code but they are not sending it. I called twice already and was told by a lady called Nthabiseng that it would be done even now I am still waiting. I only use FNB for paypal they can even get this right, this is why I dont use traditional retail bank because they are useless and backward
