FNB Paypal - error, unable to withdraw funds.

As South Africans using Paypal, we are required to go through to FNB in order to withdraw our funds. The fast few months have been hell trying to get our funds out of FNB PayPal into our bank accounts. I just get an error. Send emails with no response. Please advise.
