FNB PayPal Enquiries : Total disregard
Pathetic service from the PayPal Enquiries department. For a simple inquiry, they can't check their emails, they need to be told from another department what to do because issues involving their department aren't deemed important.
Total disregard for the customer or the fact that it needs urgency. Zanele Mahlaba, being one of the consultants, made me out to be a **** instead of checking her emails regarding a screenshot she said I should attach. I hope her superior sees this.

08 May 2023, 13:09I would like her superiors to look at the trail of emails I've sent since Thursday.
She has not provided an update and I've had to reach out to social media (RB Jacobs) to get back to PayPal department for assistance.
I hope someone else is handling this query because I've waited long enough.
