FNB Paypal division, no service!

I have sent two emails to your paypal division this last month and not one reply, Sop i called the division this morning only to be told to hang on while it keeps telling me that I should email if I want service if I cannot hold.. Well no relies to email so what now? I wasted R10 holding waiting to be helped I now have no more airtime Please can someone contact me on *** to assist me
