FNB PayPal division frustration

After more than a year of bad advice, wrong information, and outright incompetence I finally managed to link our Standard Bank business account to our PayPal account. If it was not for Heinrich Van Biljon from the PayPal division who showed a rare commitment to customer service I would still have been trying to sort this mess out. He was very professional, following up on the progress of my application on a regular basis and making sure that I got a speedy response to my emails until the accounts were linked. Unfortunately it took me more than a year before I finally crossed paths with Heinrich.
