FNB Paypal devision's non-existent service.

I am having a very difficult time with FNB's paypal division. Their service seems to be non-existent. I have tried calling in several times and have only been able to get through once and then the call got drop right before my issue was about to get escalated. They didn't call back. I have sent an email as well and 2 weeks later, I still have not received a reply. Absolutely pathetic!
