FNB PayPal - "balance not available" ... dot dot dot

The same review I wrote about in October again is happening with a PayPal balance not being available. Is is not possible to display a reason and proper error message? At least let people know you are working on it? Admit there is a problem! For goodness sake! People have businesses to run! I earned this money and I want it. You charge me for a service I am not getting and can't be bothered to tell me what is going on.
