FNB PayPal

Made a withdrawal from PayPal to FNB account on Friday which has not cleared to date. Query has been escalated to their finance team but to date I’m still waiting for my funds to be cleared and paid to my account. Everyday I contact the Paypal team it’s either the transaction is in progress and will reflect by tomorrow. Today I call again and told the escalation is with production and will reflect tomorrow. I have renovations on hold due to this mishap and FNB has no sense of urgency. Not even an update of how far the process is. I’m the one who needs to call everyday to follow up. If I dnt call it’s just silence. These calls aren’t free. All I need is my funds to complete my home projects that have been on hold now for day 3.

Tomorrow will be week since my withdrawal and week since my query was escalated and yet still no positive result. I was told funds will reflect today but still nothing. I guys are making me look like a third and a **** because I make promises to people that they will receive payment but nothing from FNB. I guess this complaint has fallen on deaf ears or FNB couldn’t care by their clients. I requested for a manager to contact me but received no call. Am I now suppose to go out and take a loan to make payment whilst I have funds that u guys are holding. The money was taken out of the senders account. Why cudnt Yal reverse the transaction I if Yal couldn’t clear it

After speaking to a manager today I was advised that the money was stuck in FNBs dollar account which needed technicians to intervene. Apparently the funds reflected this morning and the finance team was GOING TO PROCESS the payment which was suppose to reflect before close of business today. Guess what, I’m still waiting for my money. No one has contacted me. I’ve been played for a fool by a company that I’ve been with and trusted for the longest time.
