FNB PayPal

I've been working hard to make extra cash during Covid-19, but FNB is giving me an error and not allowing me to transfer my PayPal money into my account. I generally do this on a weekly basis, but now it says hard hold on account. I tried to contact them several times, but could not get a hold of the FNB PayPal team.
