(E-100)mammoth.otp.Prepare OTP Navigation returned false with a success code. I have tried multiple times to call and lodged a number of complaints but nothing seems to be happening. It has been almost a month and the numbers that they give me all transfer me to another department. It seems that this is a problem with a lot of people.
