FNB PayPal

I’m trying to reverse two a PayPal transactions that was erroneously made from my FNB Cheque through to PayPal for approximately R3000. I have been calling the FNB PayPal Department since last week and each time I do I end up hanging on for over 25 minutes or so which lead me to hang up the line because of the high mobile costs. In total I made 3 calls and spent 70 minutes hanging on all to no avail. This is really ridiculous
