FNB Payment Reversal Never came

I've made a purchase on amazon same day cancelled it, it's been 12 days and have not received the refund, i spoke to FNB on Business day 1 and day 3 and day 7 and they kept saying there is no refund.. absolute lie.

I spoke to amazon and finally after 7 business days they provided me with an ARN number, i took this number and attempted to contact FNB to find this refund to no avail.

Customer service being horrible as always, said another 3 days to escalate it..

I'm currently sitting still with no refund for many business days later and even more so more normal days in fear that ill never get my funds due to FNB.

In the meantime i've spent over a hundred rand on airtime calling FNB to no avail and asking assistance online on the app being useless not getting anywhere and aside from that also they have basically been lying to me since day 1 that they never received a refund when it was immediately lodged.

I have lost funds due to this incompetence.
