FNB payment reversal is not possible they lie

They failed to reverse R30 000,00 payment. Before I made the payment I asked FNB the time frame you're given to make the payment reversal they said 30 days, I made payment supplier didn't deliver then requested for a payment reversal within 30 days period and was told they can't help. They didn't even report the case as a ***** or freeze supplier's bank accounts nothing and mind you supplier banks with FNB.
