Fnb payment holiday joke

I phoned fnb to ask for a payment holiday. They send me a long list of things to fill in. Note that I'm a good payer and never skipped a payment. The lady was rude and said that i can not expect a payment holiday this month as there is a backlog. I said to her so its my problem that you are understaffed at this moment and i just have to pay something i can't pay? My point is this is Corona virus and send me a form so old fashioned its those forms that when you lose your job or you brake your arm or some medical issue that you really cannot work. I can work and i have business, but i cannot go to work due to lockdown. So my income stopped today. Do you want to tell me they haven't updated a simple form for at least a 3 month holiday for good customers. An old form nothing related to corona. Get real FNB. The other banks already go on board. Im a flipping good client and this is the thanks. Not happy. I will always prioritise my bond payment but this is an emergency and banks must wake up now.
