Fnb payment feature

This is not the first time I am complaining about this, fnb has this feature where if you have a balance left on your account (not your available balance) and that balance gets impacted with a debit order or anything than any transactions that hasn’t gone off won’t get their full payment and then fnb “pays them” for you and charge you the amount they paid but in this situation I had R9 in my account and my debit order went off of R350 but it was reversed so -350 and then +350 (this would mean that mh account sound stay on R9 but no——- fnb does their thing again and now I have a minus of R109 in my account so this is *****ing!

I arranged with the gym to cancel my membership and that I would pay cash for the last month and now I have to deal with an additional amount to pay and I already don’t have funds.

How can they just take money? I have seem other people also complain about this, this is a feature they should disable!

It’s time to close my fnb and just use capitec!
