FNB 'payment bundle' account fee ripoff

I went through my bank statement and noticed a new charge of 'payment bundle' from FNB. What is this and when was this '*****th increase' communicated to me? Super disappointed that you already charge a monthly account fee but now i need to pay to pay someone on top of paying to have an account? What is the account fee for then?

I look forward to hearing from FNB because your agents cant explain what this fee is
