FNB - PAYING FOR GETTING BACK MY OWN MONEY

From last year November I have had a debit order gone through my premier cheque account, every month I have had to call FNB to stop and reverse this debit order, I have been on Hello Peter for this Cell C debit order but jay I eventually gave up seeing that I moved houses and I am now very happy with MWEB, who I have been using since April without any issues. I still have pending debit orders for Cell C on my FNB account, as old as 8 months that has been saying pending for 8 months. Every month I call FNB they say the same thing, I pay the stop order, I get my money back. They have changed the amount saying if its less than 0.00 and more than 10000.00 it won’t go through my account and there would be no cost to me to get my own money back, but this doesn't stop the debit order. Yesterday again more than R6000 was debited from my account, I called the fob agent, he asked to do the security check thing, and asked me what my balance was I told him as was seeing it on my screen here at work, but he failed me because I gave him the available balance and not the balance, now I have to take time off work, go to an FNB branch because he said if you failed this security check they cannot assist. My app is not working because my phone is in for repairs and I am currently using an company phone we bought in Mozambique last year that don't accommodate the FNB app. So to recap, for almost a year FNB has been letting this Cell C debit order go through my account, then for almost a year I have had to stop and pay the cost to stop this debit order, some that has not been reversed yet, now today because I misunderstood the agents question, I have to take time off work to go to a branch and get this cell c debit order, again stopped and reversed at my cost, again. To stop the debit order is approx. R45 everything, so for about 9 months I have paid FNB R400 to stop something that I have asked them to stop almost a year ago. I have been with FNB from 1996 - I have had some issues, but never ever have I complained, this however is just frustrating and not acceptable!
